Shipping policy

Production time

Every piece is embroidered by hand and made to order. Please allow 4–5 business days for production before your order ships. Busy seasons can run a little longer — we'll let you know if that's the case.

Shipping

Shipping is a flat $8.00 for all orders within the United States. Once your order ships, domestic delivery usually takes about 7 business days.

You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order goes out.

Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. We're not responsible for carrier delays once your order has shipped.

Local pickup

If you're in the Dallas area, choose local pickup at checkout — there's no shipping charge. We'll email you with pickup details once your order is ready.

Wrong address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If something's wrong, email shopthirteendaggers@gmail.com right away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
