Refund policy

Every Thirteen Daggers piece is embroidered by hand, made to order, just for you. Because each item is created specifically for your order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please double-check your spelling, sizing, colors, and personalization details before placing your order.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as production hasn't started. Email shopthirteendaggers@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll let you know if it's still possible.

Once stitching begins, the order can't be cancelled or changed.

If something's wrong

We stand behind our work. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right if:

Your item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong item
The embroidery doesn't match what you ordered

Email shopthirteendaggers@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll replace the item or refund it.

What isn't covered

Spelling, names, or personalization details entered incorrectly at checkout
Ordering the wrong size — please check the size guide on the product page before ordering
Garment or thread colors that look different on your screen than in person
Normal wear, or damage from washing against the care instructions
