⏰ How long will my order take?

Everything is made to order, so there are two parts — making it, then shipping it.

✦ Production takes about 4–5 business days
✦ Standard shipping is about 5–8 business days after that
✦ Express is 1–2 business days after production

Your checkout will show an estimated delivery window before you pay. Busy seasons can run a little longer — if something's going to take extra time, I'll let you know! 💜

📦 What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is a flat $8.00 anywhere in the US, and Express is $15.00 if you need it sooner. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order goes out.

🚗 Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes! If you're in the Dallas area, choose local pickup at checkout — it's free. I'll email you with pickup details once your order is ready.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Not through the website right now, but email shopthirteendaggers@gmail.com and we can work something out.

📏 What size should I get?

Every product page has a Size Guide with measurements for each style. Easiest method: lay a shirt you already love flat, measure across the chest, and compare!

💔 Can I return or exchange something?

Because every piece is embroidered specifically for you, all sales are final — no returns or exchanges.

That said, I stand behind my work! If your item arrives damaged, or the embroidery doesn't match what you ordered, email me within 7 days with photos and I'll make it right. Full details are in the refund policy.

Please double-check your spelling, sizing and colors before ordering — personalization errors entered at checkout can't be refunded.

✏️ Can I cancel or change my order?

Within 24 hours of ordering, as long as I haven't started stitching. Email me as soon as you can — once the needle's down, it can't be changed!

🧵 How many thread colors can I have?

One is included, and a second color is +$5 — you can pick both right on the product page. Want something more elaborate? Send me a message and we'll figure it out.

✨ Can you make something custom?

🧺 How do I take care of it?

✦ Turn inside out and wash cold on gentle
✦ Tumble dry low or hang to dry
✦ Don't iron directly over the embroidery — press from the inside or use a cloth
✦ Skip the bleach and fabric softener, they're rough on thread
